Alem Prop LLC is looking for a Real Estate Developer to lead the planning, financing, and execution of property development projects. This role requires strong business acumen, market insight, and project management skills to transform land and properties into profitable residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Identify and acquire land or properties for development, conducting feasibility studies and market analysis.
• Design & Construction Oversight: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet design, quality, and safety standards.
• Financial Management: Secure funding, manage budgets, and oversee financial performance to maximize ROI.
• Regulatory Compliance: Navigate zoning laws, permits, and government regulations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Market Development: Analyze real estate trends, demographics, and consumer demand to align projects with market needs.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with investors, government agencies, and community leaders.
• Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies to market and sell properties, ensuring profitability and brand reputation.
• Innovation & Sustainability: Integrate eco-friendly designs, smart technologies, and sustainable practices into developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate development, construction, or property management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,480,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
