Real Estate Development Field Associate (Entry Level)

About us

We are a NYC-focused real estate investment and development firm based in Great Neck. Our active pipeline includes gut renovations of luxury townhouses and ground-up condominium development and value-add multifamily acquisitions across Brooklyn and Manhattan. We are a small, hands-on team that moves fast and runs lean.

The role

We are looking for a sharp, motivated junior team member to serve as the principal's right hand across our development and asset management activities. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to get an unfiltered, end-to-end look at how NYC real estate deals actually get done — from acquisition through construction and lease-up.

You will mostly be on active construction sites in Brooklyn. Expect to be on the road daily.

What you'll do

• Travel to active job sites in Brooklyn to monitor progress, document conditions, and report back
• Oversee general contractors and subcontractors on-site
• Meet inspectors, vendors, and delivery crews; pick up materials and handle on-the-ground logistics as needed
• Assist with tenant-facing tasks at our existing rental portfolio (showings, application screening, lease coordination)

Who you are

• 0–3 years of work experience; recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Reliable vehicle and a clean driver's license — daily Long Island to Brooklyn travel is non-negotiable
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written communication
• Comfortable on active construction sites and around tradespeople
• Self-starter who can think on your feet and solve problems
• Background or coursework in real estate, construction management, civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, or finance is a plus
• Familiarity with NYC building code, DOB filings, or zoning is a bonus but not required — we will teach you
