Real Estate Engagement Specialist (Youtube Leads)

We’re hiring high-performing Real Estate Sales & Client Conversion Specialists who can turn inbound YouTube inquiries into real deals!

If you know Islamabad’s real estate scene and can confidently guide clients from first call to site visit to closing, this is your time to shine.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle daily inbound leads coming directly from our growing YouTube channel.
• Talk to clients over the phone, understand their property needs, and offer the best-fit solutions.
• Share detailed project insights, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and follow up professionally.
• Maintain client relationships and provide a smooth, trusted buying experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and closing teams to seal the deal.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, telesales, or client dealing.
• Solid knowledge of Islamabad’s real estate projects.
• Excellent communication skills — fluent, confident, and persuasive on calls.
• A go-getter attitude and a passion for property sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
