Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the real estate executives.
• Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and presentations with attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates, listing promotions, and client outreach.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Maintain and update client databases, transaction records, and office files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support administrative tasks such as expense reporting, travel arrangements, and office supply management.
• Be ready willing and able to show prospective buyers homes
• Communicate effectively with team owner and clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and documentation
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google (Mail, Drive, and other tools) and real estate CRM software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills
• Active Colorado Real Estate License
