The Emerald Wings Real Estate LLC is looking for a dynamic and driven to join our ESTAE EXPERENICES AGENT expanding real estate division in Dubai.

At The Emerald Wings, we pride ourselves on being more than just a brokerage – we are a client-focused, transparent, and performance-driven real estate company. With over a decade of experience in Dubai’s real estate industry, we specialize in off-plan and secondary markets, as well as commercial real estate opportunities.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2–3 years in Dubai Real Estate
Commission: Earn up to 50% Commission

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Dubai real estate expertise (minimum 2–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of RERA & DLD regulations
• Leadership skills to manage and improve team performance
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Experience in training & mentoring agents
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
