Role & Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Keep updated on Dubai real estate market trends, developers, and communities

Requirements:

• Female candidate (due to team diversity needs)
• Fluency in Russian, Chinese, or English (native-level proficiency required)
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
• Must have closed at least 1 successful property deal
• Knowledge of Dubai areas, developers, and property market trends
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
