Real Estate General Manager

You will run end-to-end operations of a Sharjah-based rental portfolio (residential & light commercial), owning leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, finance/reporting, vendor management and growth strategy. You’ll lead a small team and be the main contact for landlords and high-value tenants.

Must-have

· 7+ years in property / asset / portfolio management (minimum 3 years in senior/management role).

· Direct UAE experience — ideally Sharjah or nearby emirates — with knowledge of tenancy law and local market portals.

· Strong financial skills: budgeting, P&L, lease negotiations.

· People management experience and vendor contracting.

· Excellent English; Arabic a strong advantage.

· Track record of raising occupancy / improving collections / reducing costs.

Nice-to-have

· Experience with property management software (Yardi, Rentman, PropSpace, AlOto or similar).

· Network of contractors and landlords in Sharjah.

· Commercial real estate and small development experience.

KPIs (examples)

· Occupancy rate target, minimum at 95%

· Collection rate 90 to 95%

· Average maintenance turnaround days not more than 3 days for other than emergency in nature

· Tenant satisfaction A rated score
