Position Title: Specialist

Position Level: L9

Preferred Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full Time

Must have skills: Corporate Real Estate Knowledge, should have worked on portfolio management and portfolio management tools, policy implementation, RE Procurement process, approval processing tools, stakeholder Management, Good Communication, Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.

Nice to have skills: In-depth knowledge of Real Estate transaction life cycle.

Job Summary:

As part of the governance and compliance team you will be responsible for ensuring global real estate policies are adhered to. You will be responsible for processing Real Estate approvals via approval tool and constantly tracking and highlighting any red flags. Proactively identify missing / incorrect information or documents and highlight to respective teams. collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth processing of approvals. Additionally, you need to prepare reports and presentations and ensure KPI’s are met.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Processing Approvals: Review all approvals and ensure they align with the policy, During the review process, ensure any missing / incorrect information or documents are flagged and take necessary action to get them updated.

Stakeholder Management: Timely response and coordination to ensure stakeholders are well informed.

Reporting: Ensure the approval tracker and log and any other ad hoc reports are prepared and updated in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams or groups to help them navigate through the approval process.

Ownership: Own up and take responsibility for the assigned task and drive it to completion.

Monitoring & Enforcement: Tracking policy adherence and effectiveness to ensure teams follow the guidelines.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point. Exposure to portfolio management tools.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy while processing the approvals.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Problem-Solving: Identifying issues or gaps proactively and address them.


Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience is required (2 years in Real Estate related areas).

Educational Qualification: Graduation or higher from any stream.
