Key Responsibilities

1. Licensing Coordination

  • Handle full onboarding process including documentation collection, EID process, visa applications, and PRO coordination.
  • Coordinate RERA training, certification renewals, and licensing compliance for brokers and property consultants.
  • Maintain updated records of all licenses, permits, and expiries to ensure zero lapses.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain complete employee files (physical and digital) in strict compliance with internal policies and UAE Labor Law.
  • Oversee probation evaluations, confirmation letters, and performance checkpoints.
  • Manage employee transfers, role changes, and internal movement requests.
  • Draft HR letters, memos, disciplinary notices, and policy communication.
  • Track leave balances, attendance records, and HR-related reporting.
  • Conduct thorough offboarding, ensuring return of assets, visa cancellation, and final settlement coordination.

3. Employee Relations & HR Advisory

  • Act as the main HR contact for staff concerns, providing guidance on policies, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Mediate employee relations issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
  • Support managers with performance concerns, coaching them on process and documentation.
  • Contribute to building a positive culture through HR initiatives, engagement activities, and recognition programs.

4. HR Compliance, Policies & Documentation

  • Ensure all HR processes comply with UAE Labor Law, DLD/RERA requirements, and company policies.
  • Audit HR files, contracts, and personnel records regularly.
  • Participate in policy drafting, updates, and compliance communication across departments.
  • Support internal audits, certification requirements, and government submissions.

5. Payroll & Finance Coordination

  • Coordinate with Finance on monthly payroll inputs — attendance changes, overtime, commissions, deductions, leaves, and benefits.
  • Validate new joiner and leaver payroll calculations.
  • Handle reimbursements, petty cash for HR activities, and payment follow-ups related to training and licensing.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferably in real estate
  • Minimum 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in real estate or high-volume sales-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and experience working with PROs and government portals.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple workflows at once.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, CRM, MS Office, and cloud-based file management.
