Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Investment Advisor to guide clients in making profitable real estate investment decisions. The role involves analyzing market trends, advising clients on property investments, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on their financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients.
• Prepare and deliver investment proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the buying process.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of property investment concepts (ROI, IRR, rental yield).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Client-focused mindset with strong consultative selling skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel / CRM tools.
