Real Estate Investment Manager

The position is usually responsible for finding investment opportunities, analyzing returns and risks, supporting acquisitions, and helping maximize portfolio performance. It often works closely with finance, asset management, legal, and leadership teams to make investment decisions and monitor outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build financial models, run cash flow and return analysis, and support underwriting.
  • Perform due diligence on properties, including financial, legal, and operational review.
  • Support deal execution, financing, closing, and transaction coordination.
  • Manage existing investments, including business plans, budgets, capital plans, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare investment reports and present updates to management, clients, or investment committees.

Qualifications

Common requirements include a degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field, plus several years of experience in acquisitions, investment analysis, asset management, or property investment. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, market knowledge, communication ability, and negotiation skills are also commonly expected.

Pay: QAR29.00 - QAR121.00 per hour
