Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently handle real estate and property litigation matters from initiation to final disposal
• Appear before Civil Courts, High Court, City Civil Court, Cooperative Courts, RERA Authorities, Consumer Forums, and Tribunals
• Draft and settle pleadings including plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits, rejoinders, notices, and appeals
• Handle matters relating to title disputes, redevelopment, conveyance, landlord-tenant disputes, specific performance, injunctions, partition suits, and society-related disputes
• Represent clients in RERA litigation and regulatory proceedings
• Provide strategic legal advice on dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and case strategy
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions
• Coordinate with senior counsels and brief them effectively
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Supervise and mentor junior advocates and associates
• Ensure timely compliance with court procedures and filing requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Enrolled Advocate with valid Bar Council registration
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate and property litigation
• Strong command over property laws, RERA, MOFA, Transfer of Property Act, and related statutes
• Proven track record of handling complex litigation independently
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and argumentation skills
• Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Must possess own laptop
