Salary: PKR 150,000/Month + Attractive Performance-Based Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, results-driven, and experienced Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in converting qualified leads into prospective clients and closing real estate opportunities in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with outbound real estate leads.
• Qualify leads and convert them into prospective buyers or sellers.
• Build strong relationships with clients through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Schedule appointments for real estate agents.
• Maintain accurate records in the database.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Follow up with prospects until they are ready to move forward.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or lead conversion, preferably in the USA market.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working during US business hours.
