Real Estate Leasing Agent (Commercial Especialist)

We are seeking a RERA-certified Leasing Agent (Commercial Property Specialist) with proven experience in Dubai’s rental market to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory), along with a strong ability to close deals and deliver results in a competitive environment.

This role offers a high commission structure, making it perfect for motivated professionals looking to maximize their earnings and grow their career in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing of commercial properties (offices, retail, warehouses, etc.)
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate rentals
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
• RERA certified
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Confident, sales-driven personality
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
