Real Estate Leasing Associate

Job Summary:

• Our Client is actively recruiting a partner-track associate to join its Transactional Real Estate Practice Group in the Minneapolis office.
• This role offers an opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions and leasing matters across the United States, within a collaborative and nationally recognized firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Support clients in all aspects of commercial property transactions and leasing matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on due diligence and transactional strategy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, including leasing and financing.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate agreements.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exceptional academic credentials and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
