Hill Property Media is hiring a Creative Specialist — a people-focused, creative-minded individual who we can train into an exceptional real estate photographer/videographer and marketing content creator, focussed on creating content that gets homes sold, and agents more business.

No experience required. We teach everything.

You will be trained to create the high-quality real estate photos, videos, and marketing content used on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and agent branding channels.

What You’ll Do

• Capture property photos & simple video clips (full training provided)
• Visit multiple homes per day (2–4 on average)
• Work professionally with real estate agents & homeowners
• Follow structured workflows and brand standards

Pay & Benefits

• $20/hr during training
• $25–$40/hr once fully trained

Schedule & Work Style

This role does not follow a fixed 9–5 schedule, though most days we can keep you fully booked within your preferred availability window.

Your workflow will depend on:

• Your availability
• Client bookings
• Time-of-day lighting conditions
• Market activity (May–Oct is ~30% busier than Nov–April)

After training, most workdays involve solo field shoots.
