OBJECTIVE
Work with loan officers, underwriters, and members to facilitate the lending transaction from approval to funding, understanding each stakeholder’s needs and relationship to the transaction. Work with members to collect and evaluate the documentation required to meet the credit approval. Review to ensure all covenants and conditions are met prior to loan closing. Build relationships with members, future members, business partners, and referral sources to drive growth for the organization and its membership. WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm; Remote; may need to go into the office on occasion for meetings and training
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years lending experience required
- Experience with real estate loan processing preferred
- Proven collection, evaluation, and analytical skills

Detail oriented and excellent follow through techniques

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure while managing a loan pipeline
- Demonstrates ability to be adaptable
- Strong experience using various software programs

Excellent communication and service skills both internally and externally

Demonstrates general knowledge of or willingness to learn how AI tools are being used in a responsible way to improve results, adapt workflows, and support a culture of innovation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Loan Production and Product Sales – 85%

Analyze approved loan applications to ensure adherence to the lending guidelines, policies, conditions of approval, and documentation needed for loan closing with minimal support

Prepare and deliver appropriate disclosures and documentation, process and analyze any reports/documentation needed, and collect outstanding items required for the transaction

Maintain a thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for complex transactions

Consistently demonstrate ability to achieve established goals, consistently achieving at least 100% of established goals for loan processing

Member and Employee Experience – 10%

Promote a team environment and provide suggestions for improving lending processes

Attend required meetings, classes, trainings, and complete the minimum Linked-In Learning Career Pathing courses for personal and skill development
- Communicate with members regarding additional information needed to reach a loan decision or find alternative solutions, keeping the member experience top of mind

Community Engagement, Brand Awareness, and Other Duties as assigned – 5%
