Position Summary

The Management Trainee program at Zorba Real Estate is designed to develop high-potential individuals into future managers and leaders in our organization. This is a structured, rotational program that offers comprehensive exposure to various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in department rotations to learn all aspects of the real estate business.
• Assist with sales, marketing campaigns, client relationship management, and administrative functions.
• Work closely with senior managers to understand strategic goals and operational execution.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management as part of training assessments.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentoring meetings.

Pay: ₹16,122.49 - ₹75,798.96 per month
