**Real Estate Sales Manager**

(A reputable Real Estate Company needs a ** Real Estate Sales Manager **)

• Location: Dubai (Only).
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (preferred)
• Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Sales Manager in Real Estate

**Who can immediately bring a TEAM OF (5 to 10) EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENTS (Ready to work) **

*50% commission ( for closing your deal)

*5% to 10% commission (Sales deal closed by your team)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee and administer all aspects of employee training for the organization, including the following:

- Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales..

- Assist the Sales Team in leading, directing, and motivating the team to achieve corporate sales objectives.

- Responsible for operating and getting full information on new launches and existing developer projects.

- Developing business with new developers and getting the agency registration done.

- Lead and supervise a real estate sales team, perform administrative duties, and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.

- Planned, designed, and conducted appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.

- Work with developers for a better understanding of them and to revise the marketing strategy accordingly.

- Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and after-sales service to clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must.

- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate.

- Well-presented and a good work ethic.

- Excellent negotiation, motivation, and leadership skills.
