Real Estate Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing property sales, leasing, and operations, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations, and achieving sales and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and leasing of properties.
• Develop strategies to meet targets and grow revenue.
• Build and maintain client and broker relationships.
• Conduct property inspections and market research.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and Ejari regulations.
• Manage team performance and provide training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years UAE real estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
