About the job

Are you an experienced Senior Property Development Manager looking to take on a leadership role ? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee high-impact real estate projects in Dubai and play a crucial role in managing the entire property development process.

Role Overview:

You have to oversee and manage the development of residential and commercial real estate projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Effective communication with in-house management and preparing reports on project status, delays, and risk management will also be key components of your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for existing land, including feasibility studies, budgeting, risk assessments, and other requirements.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts effectively to secure favorable terms for project execution.
• Design Execution: Drive the execution of property designs, ensuring strict adherence to the design brief and quality standards.
• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of project development from inception through concept, schematic design, detailed design, and both pre and post-contract activities.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects during design, tender processes, payments, and variation orders.
• Multi-Project Management: Develop strategies for effectively managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, key milestones, delays, and risk management to in-house management.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate with internal teams on design, planning, cost management, procurement, construction, and delivery.
• Site Visits: Conduct weekly site visits to ensure projects are on track and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in property development
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
