About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Advertisement Executive to manage property listings, run social media campaigns, and drive engagement for our real estate portfolio. If you are passionate about digital marketing and real estate, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and CRM systems.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for online and offline promotions.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for campaign planning.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency with property listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and CRM.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
