We are seeking a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions in the real estate sector. This role requires proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms, as well as a passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content, ensuring high rankings in search engine results through effective keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website landing pages.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, focusing on conversion optimization and performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support B2B marketing efforts.
  • Maintain the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance customer relationship management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, SEM strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in social media management and advertising across various platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and performance tracking software.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for web content management is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content that drives action.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
