Job Title: Real Estate Media & Photography Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Media & Photography Specialist to join our real estate team. This role involves producing visually stunning images and videos that highlight the best features of residential properties. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, technical photography skills, and experience in digital media tailored for real estate marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph and film properties for listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Capture interior, exterior, and lifestyle shots that showcase each property’s unique features.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet professional real estate standards.
• Manage and organize digital assets for use across marketing channels.
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals.
• Maintain and operate photography, and video equipment.
• Stay current with real estate marketing trends and visual media best practices.

Requirements:

• Creative storytelling skills and an understanding of real estate aesthetics.
• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail, composition, and lighting.

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
