Real Estate Mentor & Trainer

Are you an experienced agent with a strong grasp of the business—and the professionalism, presence, and leadership to match?

At Russell Real Estate Services, we’re looking for a select few experienced agents to serve as mentors and field trainers for new licensees entering our office. This is not a side role, it’s a visible leadership position within our mentorship department and a chance to shape the future of our industry while continuing to grow your own business.

Our mentors are trusted guides. They lead by example, instill best practices from day one, and play an essential role in the success of new agents. We provide the systems, structure, and support; you bring the experience, commitment, and coaching mindset.

What the Role Entails:

• In-person shadowing and field training
• Weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions
• Hands-on support through real-world scenarios
• Implementation of a structured and proven mentorship program
• Collaboration with our mentorship department and leadership team

This is a paid leadership role. Mentors are generously compensated for their time, contribution, and the results they help drive.

What We Look For in a Mentor:

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time real estate experience
• Active Ohio real estate license
• A strong understanding of professional standards and systems
• The ability to communicate clearly, coach effectively, and lead by example
• A growth mindset and commitment to our collaborative, success-driven culture

Pay: $85,417.00 - $99,705.00 per year
