Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in navigating complex property transactions, resolving client concerns, and securing favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations for property sales and leasing transactions across residential and commercial sectors
  • Mediate between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, market conditions, and legal procedures
  • Support agents and clients during offer presentations, counteroffers, and contract finalization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and legal advisors
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive listings
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations and outcomes using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate negotiations or high-value sales (UAE market preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
  • Deep understanding of real estate contracts, pricing models, and closing procedures
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
