About the Role

Are you a results-driven professional with a background in banking or insurance looking to transition into the dynamic world of real estate?

We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our growing team. Your experience in financial products, client relationship management, or insurance advisory will give you a competitive edge in helping clients make informed property decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, banks, and legal teams to close transactions smoothly.

Requirements

• Background in banking, insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and real estate.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• [Optional] Real Estate License or Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
