Real Estate Office Admin

Join a trusted team. Lionheart Real Estate is looking for a hard-working Administrative Officer to help run our office and support our agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill out and manage all Dubai property paperwork (Forms A, B, F, and MOUs).
  • Use Trakheesi and follow RERA rules to keep everything legal.
  • Update property listings on the portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder etc) and keep our database organized.
  • Talk to clients, book meetings, and help organize property viewings.
  • During your downtime, you are responsible for calling through our database of previous leads/data.
  • Welcome clients and visitors while maintaining a clean, presentable reception area
  • Assist with staff onboarding and maintain attendance records
  • Keep administrative CRM, trackers, lead sheets, and deal documents updated
  • Support agents with listing uploads, documentation, and coordination tasks
  • Organize invoices, manage expense logs, and maintain proper filing systems

Requirements

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience working in a Dubai real estate office.
  • You need to understand how Dubai property laws and paperwork work.
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients
  • Skilled in Real Estate Administration Tasks (Contracts, Forms & Listing )
  • Highly organised, dependable, and detail-focused
  • Fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
