The Real Estate Operation coordinator serves as the key communication link between the Sales Department and other internal departments, including Legal, Finance, CRM, Marketing, and Projects. The role ensures smooth coordination and timely follow-up on all sales-related inquiries, documentation, and internal approvals to support efficient deal closure and enhance client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the central point of contact between the Sales Department and other internal departments.
  • Track and follow up on the status of all sales inquiries, client documentation, and internal approvals.
  • Ensure timely processing of reservation forms, booking documents, payment confirmations, and sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with Legal for contract issuance and signing status updates.
  • Liaise with Finance for payment schedules, collection updates, and clearance confirmations.
  • Follow up with CRM and Handover teams regarding unit status, client information, and post-sale updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inquiries and pending actions using CRM systems or internal trackers.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly reports summarizing inquiry progress and bottlenecks.
  • Support Sales Management in identifying and resolving internal process delays.
  • Ensure effective communication flow between departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a coordination or liaison role, preferably within real estate or property development.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
