About the Role

This is not a basic admin job.

You will be the operational and marketing backbone of a growing real estate business, directly supporting a top-producing agent and helping scale systems, marketing, and client experience.

What You’ll Own

You will manage three core areas:

1. Operations & Transaction Management

  • Coordinate listings and transactions from contract to close
  • Manage calendars, emails, client communication, and follow-ups
  • Handle paperwork, DocuSign, and compliance
  • Maintain organized systems in Google Drive + CRM (KW Command)
  • Ensure every detail is handled correctly and on time

2. Marketing Execution & Brand Growth

  • Plan and execute social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Assist with video recording, editing, and posting
  • Manage listing marketing (photos, brochures, MLS input, open houses)
  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
  • Help grow audience engagement and online presence

3. Client Experience & Database Growth

  • Manage and nurture a database of 2,400+ contacts
  • Execute email campaigns, events, and client touchpoints
  • Coordinate client events (50–150 attendees)
  • Generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business
  • Support buyer and seller processes end-to-end

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year marketing experience (social media, content creation, or campaigns)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience with Email platforms, CRMs, Social Media marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

Bonus Points:

  • Real estate experience or license is preferred, but not required, will train right person
  • Video editing, graphic design, or content creation portfolio
  • Experience with KW Command or similar CRM

Work Structure

  • First 60-90 days: In-person in Oak Lawn (required)
  • Hybrid flexibility available after proven performance

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $32K–$60K (based on experience)

Pay: $33,000.20 - $75,000.00 per year
