Our company is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to our real estate agents. You will work on an one-to-one basis on a variety of task.
Job Duties:
Act as the point of contact between your real estate agent and customer
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Schedule meeting and appointments
Multiple Listing System (MLS) entry
Submit and proof ads to Homes and Land and the St. Augustine Record
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system
Occasional off-site support for events and quick errands
Skills:
Real Estate background
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Client Follow-up
Discretion and confidentiality
Real Estate License (preferred)
High School Diploma

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
