Who Thrives in This Role

Your Personality Type?

You’re probably an Enneagram 1, 2, 3, or 6 — or a steady, dependable S/C on the DISC profile.

You’re the person who reads the whole instruction manual, sets reminders, and doesn’t flake - but loves to be creative as well

Your Ideal Workday

You start your morning with coffee, check your calendar, load your gear, and head to a few shoots around town. You like being out and about, meeting new people, and making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. You feel good knowing your work made someone else’s life easier, and don’t mind driving or adapting to last-minute changes.

You Feel Accomplished When…

  • A client says, “Wow, that was actually fun - thank you!”
  • You get every detail right, down to the last file name
  • You get praised for being easy to work with and on time
  • You stay ahead of the curve and anticipate what others need
  • Your day ends with a high-five text from the team because you crushed it

Your Friends Would Say…

  • "You always remember the little details.”
  • “You somehow always make people feel comfortable, even in awkward situations."
  • “You’re the most reliable person I know.”

Your Career Goals

You want to grow with a company that actually values people and excellence. You don’t want to be stuck behind a desk, and you love jobs where you can learn something new. You want to grow your skills, have fun doing it, and feel proud of the work you’re putting into the world.

Your Pet Peeve

When people say they’ll do something… and then don’t.

You’re big on follow-through, communication, and being someone others can count on.

Who This Role Is Not For (And That’s Okay!)

Your Personality Type?

You might be an Enneagram 4, 7, or 8 — or a high D/I on DISC. You prefer making your own rules, creating your own work, or working alone.

Your Ideal Workday

You prefer working from home, at your own pace, ideally on a passion project that’s 100% yours. You love freedom, dislike structure, and don’t want to be client-facing every day.

This Might Not Be Your Jam If…

  • You need guaranteed set hours and dislike change
  • You get flustered when schedules shift or plans change last-minute
  • You’re not comfortable giving direction or talking to people you’ve just met
  • You get overwhelmed by client interactions or small talk
  • You don’t like being on your feet, in your car a lot, or outside
  • You struggle with deadlines, structure, or feedback
  • You prefer creativity over consistency or following systems
  • You don’t like receiving feedback or adjusting how you do things

Your Career Goals

You want full independence — maybe as a solo creator, entrepreneur, or remote freelancer. This role is team-based, process-driven, and client-facing — and that’s not for everyone.

Your Pet Peeve

Schedules, structure, and repetitive tasks.

Pay + Schedule

  • $20–$35/hr depending on experience and growth
  • 5–30 hours/week (client demand varies week to week)
