We’re not just hiring photographers,
we’re looking for energetic, people-first creatives who have some photo/video experience and want to level up quickly.

You don’t need to be an expert—but you should already have:

• Basic camera experience
• Interest in photo/video
• Some hands-on shooting experience (freelance, hobby, school, etc.)

This is a client-facing role. You will be leading the experience, not just capturing it.

If you’re brand new to cameras or prefer to stay behind the scenes, this won’t be the right fit.

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience with photography or videography (required)
• Comfortable using a camera (manual or semi-manual preferred)
• Outgoing and confident interacting with clients
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
• Reliable car + valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with gimbal or drone
• Real estate, event, or content shooting experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Photograph and film homes across Denver (training provided)
• Capture drone content once trained and certified
• Create 3D tours and floorplans using provided equipment
• Help agents feel confident and natural on camera
• Keep shoots smooth, efficient, and upbeat
• Manage your schedule, gear, and travel between shoots
• Upload content for editors (you shoot—we handle editing)
• Represent Just Pended with professionalism and energy

Pay & Growth Path

You earn more as you build your skillset:

• Training: $20/hr
• Photo + Drone Certified: $25/hr
• Video Trained: $30/hr
• Lead Creative: $35/hr
• Plus tips from clients

Busy season earning potential:
→ $5,000–$7,000/month depending on availability and performance

Schedule

• Part-time, flexible
• Start with 1–2 shoots per day, a few days per week
• Spring & summer are busiest (higher earning potential)
• Winters are slower
• Some Saturdays required during peak season
