Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

We’re a small, premium real estate media studio serving top agents around Seattle, the Eastside, and Tacoma. We care about two things: how the work looks and how our clients feel on listing day.

If you’re an experienced photographer who loves clean photos, consistent quality, and making people feel taken care of on stressful days, you’ll probably like it here.

What you’ll do

• Photograph and film residential listings (interior, exterior, details)
• Capture drone photo/video (we’ll help you earn your Part 107 if needed)
• Manage shoots on site: walkthrough, simple shot plan, client communication
• Offload, organize, and upload files at the end of each workday
• Drive between properties across Tacoma / Gig Harbor / Puyallup and sometimes up to the Seattle area

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of paid photography work (real estate / interiors preferred)
• Portfolio that shows you understand light, composition, and straight verticals
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; calm and professional with clients
• Based in the South Sound area (Tacoma / Puyallup / Federal Way) and willing to drive across the region
• Reliable 2014 or newer vehicle (kept presentable) and valid driver’s license
• Computer + high-speed internet for same-day uploads
• Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
• Willing to pass a background check

Schedule & pay

• Variable hours: some weeks are busy, some are slower (seasonal business)
• Part-time to near full-time available depending on the season and your availability
• Training period: $25–$35/hr based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
• Once fully trained and consistently hitting our quality & reliability benchmarks:
• $40/hr + mileage, with potential for higher pay as responsibility grows

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
