Real Estate Photographer / Videographer (Contract) – Jacksonville, FL

Scope:

• Coverage needed for upcoming shoots while primary operator is traveling. I will be traveling end of March-Beginning of April, as well as the end of April.
• Need someone IN CASE a shoot comes in... Nothing has been scheduled yet for those dates.
• Potential for ongoing weekly work depending on performance, as the territory grows

Job Summary
Front Porch Media is looking for an experienced real estate photographer/videographer to provide coverage in the Jacksonville area over the next 2 months.

This is a contract position with immediate opportunities, with potential for ongoing work as the territory expands.

You will be responsible for capturing high-quality media that meets our established standards and delivering a consistent client experience..

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-grade photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and detail.
• Film high-quality videos, including virtual tours, walkthroughs, and promotional clips that effectively showcase property features.
• Edit photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to enhance color accuracy, clarity, and overall appeal.
• Edit videos with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, incorporating smooth transitions, color grading, and sound design for polished final products.
• Manage color management workflows to ensure consistent color reproduction across all visual media.
• Collaborate with clients and real estate agents to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual content that meets their marketing needs.
• Maintain organized digital archives of all images and videos for easy access and future use.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Proven experience in real estate photography
• Ability to shoot:
• Interior/Exterior HDR photography (bracketing required)
• Video walkthroughs (gimbal preferred)
• Aerial/drone footage (Part 107 required)
• 360° tours (Zillow 3D or Ricoh)
• Own equipment:
• Full-frame camera + wide-angle lens
• Drone
• Tripod
• Gimbal Preferred (for video)
• Ability to follow shot lists and maintain consistency
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to produce captivating visual content.

Compensation:

• Starting at $65/hour (shoot time)
