Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Vitality Pictures is a high-volume real estate media company serving the Columbus, Ohio market. We are hiring a Real Estate Photographer / Videographer who wants consistent work and strong earning potential without the stress of finding their own clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, capturing beautiful homes, and working with top real estate agents while our team handles editing, scheduling, and client management.

You will travel locally to scheduled properties, capture the media services ordered by our clients, and upload the files after each shoot. No editing is required. Most photographers complete multiple properties per day depending on the size of the order.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled properties throughout the Columbus area
• Capture high-quality real estate photography and/or video content
• Follow shot lists and company shooting standards
• Upload raw files after each shoot for our editing team
• Communicate with agents on-site professionally and efficiently
• Maintain punctual arrival times for scheduled appointments

Requirements

• Photography or videography experience required
• Real estate photography experience preferred, but not required
• Strong time management skills and ability to stay on schedule
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Professional and reliable when working with clients
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple shoots per day
• Reliable transportation and a clean, professional vehicle appropriate when meeting clients
• FAA Part 107 Drone License (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to work Saturdays (a plus, but not required)

• Having your own camera gear up to our company standards is a plus and results in higher pay
• Equipment can be provided if needed

Pay & Schedule

• Pay per shoot
• Up to $450 per shoot depending on services
• 20–40 hours per week depending on availability
• Consistent workflow during busy real estate seasons
