Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage our growing property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new properties, marketing them, finding tenants, and managing the full rental process. You will handle the entire lifecycle from property acquisition to tenant management ensuring our properties are profitable and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new properties for the portfolio based on market research and investment potential.
• Market properties and find suitable tenants to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Negotiate lease agreements and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Oversee property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Track financial performance of properties, including rent collection and expenses.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Compensation:

Salary will be AED 2000 per month along Percentage on AUM

Requirements:

• Proven experience of minimum 5 years.
• SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN VISA.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, rental trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
