We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Professional to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property transactions, and providing expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
