Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals effectively
• Self-driven, target-focused, and ambitious
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
