Real Estate Quality Assurance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help maintain our property standards and ensure all real estate activities follow regulations.

Main Duties:

• Carry out regular property inspections to ensure compliance with rules and company standards.
• Work with property teams to fix issues and improve quality.
• Review inspection reports and follow up on needed actions.
• Keep and update quality control policies and checklists.
• Track data to find ways to improve property quality.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Stay informed about real estate laws and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good knowledge of property management and real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
