Role Overview:

We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage dedicated to excellence and building a high-performing team. We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales-oriented real estate recruiter who knows how to find, attract, and hire top performing salespeople to join our dynamic brokerage.

this is not a typical HR recruiter role. You will actively market our company, attract top-performing agents, and help us expand our team with the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source, attract, and engage high-performing real estate agents and brokers through job portals like LinkedIn and social media platforms.
  • Market the company’s brand, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate communication skills, motivation, and willingness to work on a commission-based job.
  • Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and follow up with candidates.
  • Conduct interviews with the Managing Director.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of talent in the real estate industry.
  • Track recruitment performance through maintaining and updating candidate tracking sheets and hiring reports.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets
  • Work closely with the Operations Officer to ensure smooth documentation and onboarding for new joiners.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (real estate industry preferred).

- Strong sales and marketing skills — able to sell the company and its opportunities.

- Fluent in English (Arabic and/or other languages are a plus)

- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, confident, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to the team.

- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and top-performing agents is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
