Job Title: Real Estate Recruiter

Dubai, UAE | Full-time

About the role:

We are hiring a Real Estate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. The role includes working with department heads to meet hiring needs, finding top talent through various platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting the company’s employer brand in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Source and attract qualified talent through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, and coordinate subsequent selection and hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality talent.
  • Enhance the employer brand within the real estate industry by promoting a positive candidate experience and representing the company’s values.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies throughout all hiring activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics, providing regular updates and insights to the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a real estate development or brokerage environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill positions efficiently across multiple departments and functions.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with major recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, and Indeed.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
