Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Recruiter with proven experience hiring specifically for the real estate sector. This role is 100% recruitment-focused, responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles only (sales executives, managers, marketing, CRM, site staff).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on real estate sales KPIs.
• Coordinate interviews with sales heads and management.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate talent.
• Close positions within defined timelines and hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment data using HR software (experience with Odoo preferred).

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory experience in real estate recruitment.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales structures, commissions, and KPIs.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and HR software.
