Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell individual villas to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable villa options
• Ability to target NRI Clients
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners and digital platforms
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up regularly
• Co-ordinate with legal, CRM and finance teams for documentation and booking formalities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Desired candidate profile

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2+ years of experience in real estate sales

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
