Real Estate Recruiter & Leadership Coordinator

Help grow one of the largest and most dynamic real estate offices in Charlotte.

Keller Williams SouthPark is seeking a relationship-driven professional to help attract talented agents and support the continued growth of our thriving real estate community.

With nearly 475 agents, our market center is built around collaboration, leadership development, and helping people build businesses worth owning. This role works directly with the Team Leader to help grow the office through recruiting, relationship building, and supporting the success of our agents.

What You'll Do

The Assistant Team Leader supports the growth of the market center by building relationships with agents and helping communicate the value of the Keller Williams community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting talented real estate agents to join Keller Williams SouthPark
  • Building and maintaining relationships within the local real estate community
  • Meeting with prospective agents to share opportunities within the office
  • Supporting onboarding and integration of new associates
  • Assisting with agent coaching initiatives and productivity support
  • Helping lead sales meetings, trainings, and office events
  • Partnering with the Team Leader on growth initiatives and recruiting strategies
  • Helping strengthen the culture and community within the office

A Typical Week Might Include

  • Meeting with agents interested in learning about Keller Williams
  • Following up with agents you’ve connected with across the Charlotte real estate community
  • Hosting or supporting office trainings, masterminds, or recruiting events
  • Assisting with onboarding conversations for new agents
  • Connecting with agents to learn about their business goals and career plans
  • Working closely with the Team Leader on recruiting strategy and growth initiatives
  • Maintaining recruiting conversations and tracking relationships

Qualifications:

  • Real estate experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be willing to obtain a North Carolina real estate license
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building connections
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in recruiting, leadership, and business growth

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
  • Recruiting bonus structure
  • Eligibility to participate in Keller Williams Profit Share
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Opportunity to continue selling real estate if desired
