Job description:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai and other Emirates.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
• Generate leads and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present property listings, including organizing viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and market data.
• Provide professional advice on property investment and financing options.
