Real Estate Sales - Burjline Builders

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We are seeking a results-oriented Operations and Administrative Executive to support our luxury short-term rental portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new homeowners and clients, growing our network, securing partnerships, and representing our brand in Dubai's premium real estate market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard luxury homeowners for the company's property portfolio.
  • Acquire new clients looking for high-end holiday homes and tailored experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and local partners.
  • Conduct property tours and present the company's services to potential clients.
  • Meet sales and acquisition targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate and hospitality markets.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, or administration.
  • Strong network within Dubai's high-net-worth and property circles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presentation and understanding of luxury service standards.
  • Target-oriented, confident closer, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation

AED 4,500 per month plus commission and performance-based incentives.
