Real Estate Sales Admin(Chinese Speaker)

Responsibilities:

1. Client & Partner Acquisition and Relationship Management

2. Identify and engage potential clients and business partners.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

4. Property Listing Management and Presentation

5. Manage and update property listings.

6. Prepare professional presentations to attract potential buyers and investors.

7. Client Negotiation and Sales Process Management

8. Handle inquiries and conduct property viewings.

9. Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process.

10. Market Research and Project Promotion

11. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

12. Support the marketing team in project promotion and branding efforts.

13. Documentation and Compliance Handling

14. Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company requirements.

15. Manage sales contracts and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Chinese and Business English is essential

Proven track record in real estate sales within the UAE market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

Candidates with a UAE real estate background are strongly preferred.

Applicants must hold a valid visa with at least 2 months’ validity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
