What You’ll Receive to Drive Real Estate Sales
What Will You Do in This Role?
You will work directly with motivated buyer and seller opportunities, run consultations, conduct showings, lead listing appointments, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the full real estate transaction. You’ll use proven systems to manage your pipeline while your 1:1 coaching and training resources help you improve conversion and stay consistent.
Qualifications
Active CT Real Estate License
Full-time availability
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Comfort with CRM and consistent sales activity
