  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and open houses.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and property availability.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain property listings, contracts, and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals.
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
